Roy Kamphausen is the Senior Vice President for Research at the National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR) and, in April of 2018, Roy was appointed to be a Commissioner on the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission. Given the changing relationship between the United States and China, Roy will discuss the significance of U.S. policy to China, the challenges that face the U.S. in this realm, and the appropriate response to address China.
